I'm on board!

I am on board will be sending application annd money today. I have 24 years nursing experience. I have done short term mission trips to Kenya, Central and South America. I usually work as a provider. I have experience in most areas, including Labor and delivery, pediatrics, family practice. I went to Kenya 4 years ago and have never been in Christ's more perfect word than when I served there. I am a mature Christian and Jesus is a daily movment by moment experience for me.

Welcome to the KMO 2009 team, Wendi. I know that your talents and faith will move mountains as we prepare for this year's trip. You will like the strength of character and dedication to the mission that our team has. We are going to have over half alumni on this trip and a lot of newbies, too! Its a good mix of young and old, professionals and lay persons, prayer warriors and hard worker bees. Thanks for introducing yourself to the group here.

Bill and Sheila,

I am disappointed to send you this letter. While I was filling out the application for the trip, I just didn't have peace about it at all.

I am in-between jobs and after prayerful consideration and after speaking with my Pastor have decided that this is not the time for me to go. This is not to say that I won't go in the future at all.

I do apologize for changing my mind at this late date. I sent the check and application yesterday. If you could please void the check and send back any donations sent on my behalf, I would greatly appreciate it.
